Commercial auto transport logistics software

MADE Logistics was a feature-rich web application that brought sales, dispatch, and order tracking into one operational system. It was developed and iterated in production over multiple years, then ultimately acquired (sold in 2017).

The Problem

Auto transport operations often run on spreadsheets, inboxes, and disconnected tools. That creates slow handoffs, duplicate data entry, inconsistent statuses, and limited visibility for both internal teams and customers.

The Solution

A centralized platform built around real workflows: manage the full order lifecycle, surface operational dashboards, and provide customer-facing tracking. The system was designed to reduce manual updates, improve accuracy, and make day-to-day operations easier to manage.
